We are Andrea, Andrea, and Camilla—three young enthusiasts brought together by a love for food and hospitality. Bites was born from this shared passion, where experimentation and dialogue shape everything we do. We’re delighted to welcome you to Bites, guiding you through a journey of flavors, traditions, and cultures, and inviting you into our little world.

I’m Andrea. I opened Bites in early 2020, convinced that nothing could stop us… achoo. A lot has changed since then—challenges, growth, and moments that have helped shape my vision for Bites: a place where you feel welcomed and cared for. When you visit, you’ll find me in the kitchen—my favorite place to experiment.

After answering a job ad that read “Seeking namesake to answer the phone,” I somehow found myself at a “full Bites” tasting experience on Via Lambro 11. They fed me well, poured me plenty, but when the bill came—well, let’s just say I’ve been working in the dining room ever since to pay off my tab. A tab that only keeps growing, because I can’t stop sneaking bites and sipping wine.

I’m Camilla, and I first discovered Bites as a guest. At the time, living in Brianza meant I didn’t come to Milan often, but from my very first visit, Bites felt like home—a place that instantly became special to me. As I got to know Andrea and the project, I knew right away that I wanted to be part of it, to help it grow, and most of all, to experiment alongside them. Today, I’m the sommelier in the dining room, ready to share the stories behind the wines, sakes, and drinks I love—always with the spirit of discovery and exchange.
